The Australian band, The Wiggles, formed in 1991 and rapidly rose to fame through their colorful blend of children's albums, live concerts, videos, and TV series. To date, The Wiggles have released around 25 albums and nearly that many videos. They have centralized presences in Australia, the U.S., the U.K., Canada, South America, Japan, Taiwan, and New Zealand. Business Review Weekly ranked The Wiggles the highest grossing entertainers out of Australia for 2005, more so even than Nicole Kidman and AC/DC. The following year, 2006, they reportedly brought in $50 million.
And now the time has arrived for audiences of all ages to enjoy The Wiggles Live in Concert again, with The Wiggles Racing to the Rainbow Show Fall 2007 tour, in the U.S. and Canada. Performances start on October 18 at the Louis J. Tullio Arena in Erie, Pennsylvania and run through November 18 at the BankAtlantic Center in Sunrise/Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
