TicketsNow belongs to the National Association of Ticket Brokers. TicketsNow has over 300 employees and is based just outside Chicago, Ill. Although TicketsNow pricing is a little higher than industry average, you will find that their customer service will make up for the slightly premium price.
A unique feature of TicketsNow is they offer groups, companies and organizations a buying facility for their clients and employees through their "Corporate Programs". With this program group members can access special discounted tickets and easy order access. These are all great things.
Tickets Now is one of the major players in the online ticket business and their customer service is excellent. However, you will find that TicketsNow focuses primarily on major events in North America and internationally, which means that their selection is not as extensive as their peers. Furthermore, the categories they've chosen to divide their offerings into are awkward (look at Concerts & Theater below under "Markets" to see what we mean). Their refund policy is a little awkward, but overall TicketsNow is an excellent choice for your event tickets purchases. Highly recommended.

Delivery Methods
Shipped by express courier service, requiring signature upon delivery. The courier will not perform any reroutes, and if you need the tickets shipped anywhere other than the billing address on the payment method you use, a faxed authorization may be required. When your tickets are confirmed, TicketsNow will notify you of the courier and the expected date of delivery -- if possible. Tickets should arrive 48 hours before the event.

Guarantees
There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations once the order is sent to TicketsNow. They then proceed to secure the tickets for you through their network. Refunds offered on all cancelled events as long as the event is not canceled because of an Act of God (rainout, earthquake, flood) or worker strike, lockout, war, or terrorism. However, service charges are not refundable. |
