Bon Jovi Tickets Information
Four of the original 5 Bon Jovi members are still with the band today, those being guitarist Richie Sambora, keyboardist David Bryan, drummer Tico Torres, and the inimitable front man, lead vocalist (and he plays rhythm guitar sometimes too) Jon Bon Jovi. Original bass player Alec John Such left the band in 1994 and was replaced by current bassist High McDonald.
Breaking out onto the scene in 1984 with their eponymous debut, newcomers Bon Jovi went double-platinum their first time out, selling over 3,000,000 records. Following that first was a string of equally (or more) successful Bon Jovi albums: 7800˚Fahrenheit (’85), Slippery When Wet (’86), New Jersey (’88), Keep the Faith (’92), These Days (’95), Crush (’00), Bounce (’02), and Have a Nice Day (’05). In that time, Bon Jovi also put out 4 Live Albums: Cross Road (’94), One Wild Night Live 1985-2001 (’01), This Left Feels Right (’03), and 100,000,000 Bon Javi Fans Can’t Be Wrong (’04).
Bon Jovi has been honored by a wider array of arts organizations than most rock bands, garnering in the 20 years between 1987 and 2007 accolades from: the MTV Video Music Awards, American Music Awards, World Music Awards, MTV Europe Music Awards, BRIT Awards, My VH1 Music Awards, UK Music Hall of Fame, CMT Music Awards, People’s Choice Awards, and of course, the Grammy Awards.
Bon Jovi has had two #1 hits on U.S. Billboards Mainstream Rock Charts: “Livin’ On A Prayer” (’86) and Living In Sin (’89). They also hit #1 on other U.S. Billboard Charts with: “You Give Love a Bad Name” (’86), “Bad Medicine” (’87), “I’ll Be There for You” (’88), and “It’s My Life” (’96). Additionally, 13 other Bon Jovi songs have hit the Billboard Top 40.
New Jersey’s finest sons, Bon Jovi take their power and passion to the road once more, with a tour promoting their latest album, Lost Highway, 12 brand new Bon Jovi songs, including a surprise single with Leann Rimes, not the first country tune laid down by these rockers. The upcoming Lost Highway Tour, will be the 10th Bon Jovi tour (the 11th if you count the Destination Anywhere Jon Bon Jovi solo tour, and the 13th if you count the Stranger in this Town Tour and the Undiscovered Soul Tour, two prior Richie Sambora solo tours).
The Have a Nice Day Tour, the previous Bon Jovi tour, was the 3rd highest grossing that year (behind only The Rolling Stones and Madonna). Tickets for the Lost Highway Tour will not be avaiable for long. Get your Bon Jovi tickets right away, or get ready to miss out.
In addition to a Bon Jovi concert scheduled on July 5 at the Marcus Amphitheater Summerfest in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Bon Jovi will also be playing live for 10 nights between October 26 and November 10. Stay tuned here for more Bon Jovi concert dates, and to get the best deals on Bon Jovi tickets.
